    A+ eBayer! Great communication, fair shipping costs. There was an issue with shipping way beyond our control. This seller was very communicative and even shipped it back out to me when the shipping company "returned to sender".     While the item was shipped fast, it was not in stated condition, it had been out of the packaged setup and used. the antennas were still attached, the instructions even has stains on them. the package was missing the top foam and nothing was put in its place to keep it stable, the front dial was loose in the box. (I was able to get it back on) being that it still works I will keep it as the price was good. but I would not recommend this seller. and I will not buy anything from this seller again
