  Seller decided to sell a useless, defective pet collar that cost me over $130.00 and sold as-is for parts with no refund. The problem in the advertisement is the small fine print all the way at the bottom stating the product is untested and sold for parts. Why would anyone sell this except a consumer? I have no idea. Only authorized pet stop dealers would be able to repair and re-program these collars and they would never purchase it through eBay and only through the manufacturer.
