  This purchased checked (A+) the boxe for each of the above topics. However, this seller doesn’t ship to PO Boxes and I live in small town in which the USPS those not delivers to your home address, instead all mails (boxes included) is kept in a box and the recipient has to go to the post office to pick it up. Until recently the USPS would accept packages addressed to your PO Box or your street address but this coming to an end. Therefore, because of this I can’t recommend this seller.
