  Decals are fine. Arrived way late due to USPS. Buyer agreed to take them back since I no longer needed them. A+ on that .....Shipping is out of the hands of the seller once the package is handed off, but eBay will punish the seller and reward the buyer. I have learned that the hard way lately over a very expensive item I sold, that UPS lost in transit, even though I had insurance on it.
