Due to the holidays and the volume of packages the usps is dealing with the postal service cannot keep up with the demand and some packages are not being tracked properly. The vendor communicated with me this is an issue with customers and vendors. I did receive the item and it was packaged with great care. The item was all that it claimed on the eBay website. Well actually it was much nicer than I expected. Beautiful historic figure for such a great price. The vendor was very proactive .
