    The chair was as described. Arrived in very good condition and was well packaged. Our only issue was with FedEx as they couldn’t seem to get their delivery date firm. We had three different delivery dates which meant someone had to be home and accept package. Communications with FedEx is not easy. The item arrived in a timely manner it was just wasting three days waiting. That said, I WOULD buy from this seller again!

    The chair was not in as good of condition as the listng started or photos shown but the seller did accept my lower offer so I'm satisfied. It wasn't very clean, my rag was brown after cleaning it. The cracks in the leather were much more than what was shown in the picture. Had I paid the original price it would have been an issue for me. Shipping was fast and it was packed carefully.

    The chair and ottoman are exactly as described - BEAUTIFUL! The seller is terrific. He answered all of my questions (honestly) and stayed in touch throughout the transaction. Even after I received the chair, he always responded quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this seller. I would definitely use him again.

    Shipping time and cost was reasonable for an item of this size. It was hand delivered to our door just a few hours different from the promised time, but the shipper kept in contact. It was as described however, the color was not quite as pictured (much redder shade in person), my fault for not having the seller send a better photo since the color was important to me. Lesson learned.
