The item matched description, pictures showed normal wear of used item, still functional, tho there was confusion over factory reset vs clearing old data. This item requires a parent code to make player profiles, seller did not have the code but worked to help us get it figured out eventually. Prompt responses to questions, willing to set up return if we weren’t satisfied. Would purchase from this seller again. Recommend.

    While package was enroute USPS lost the package at one of their shipping hubs. The seller felt bad and refunded my money but USPS eventually found it and i did eventually receive it. Great communication from seller the whole time, I offered to pay for it but seller said it was free. Awesome ! Headphones worked great and were in really good condition. Ty again
