  Was worried about overall transaction, since they don't take returns, and there was a delay in shipping, not sellers fault, so I was worried I was going get a bunch of frozen, dead useless plants. To my surprise my hens & chick's arrived beautifully & healthy with lovely roots. I just planted them, hopefully I can keep them alive.   The hens and chicks I received were wonderful! LThey came with each of the 9 wrapped in tissue paper and once you opened it, they had the name of what that particular one was. They were in great shape! These were the best ones I've ordered. .I would order from them again in a heartbeat!
