  This item is NOT new and unused as advertised in the description. Signs of use scuffs marks can be seen where the straps attach. Plus, a shoulder strap was missing and not included. Brace was haphazardly packaged & halfway out of plastic bag inside the box. Item shipped quickly. Did get a reduced price after I made an offer, but still, the shipping costs were more than expected. I was charged sales tax, which I should not have been because this is a medical device. No reply to notes/messages.

  I did not receive the boots in the listing photos. I received boots with a chain around the soles. I asked seller if I could send back these boots in exchange for the boots I purchased in the photos that are covered in rhinestones. Seller didn't respond. So I purchased the listing with the boots seller sent and now seller canceled. So still I can't have the boots I intended to buy and am stuck with boots I didn't want

  The CD player sent to me did not match the product advertised. The wrong model was sent which did not have the features and functions advertised (no Bluetooth) and it appears to be used, not new. It doesn't even match the photo on the box it came in. The seller never responded to communication to try to rectify the issue.

  Canceled the order well before it was sent due to seller not responding to any messages about the open box. So I canceled and he still sent with no returns accepted. Bad business so not recommend this seller at all.
