  Perfect A+++++. It arrived in good condition in its original box and looks brand new. My short story is that I removed my black hair color with bleach 3 times. And I painted it 3 times to tone it down and it doesn't take dye anymore because it is so damaged. When I used it for the first time, the treatment left my hair looking very different than what it had. I love it if I recommend it but look for videos on the internet on how to use it since the box does not come with instructions.
