    Needed to return the item and contacted seller to start the return process, even though they waited the 3 business days that eBay allows before they step in, the seller was very nice in their communication and tried to offer different solutions before the refund. As for this particular listing it is not clear that the SE is not included and the tape used on the one in the photo is not what I received. The one I received has the red unbranded tape on the back not the 3M branded in picture.

    They had good communication. Not there fault. Mail sent package east instead of west to Dallas area. But they took care of it by partial refund. I'm happy. They never left me hanging. So I would try again. Communication and respect go a long way. Thanks

    Seller prompt to respond. I was sent the wrong size. Put some words to the wise.If you want a larger badge, you need to ask for it. None of the sellers on eBay. Tell you how big the badge is, but they all sell a bigger badge. There should be a note. Seller fixed mistake and was willing to meet my request. Recommend this seller
