  Item was shipped out right away. Just got it. Although the shipping bag was small and the outside packaging was crushed a little, the lip tube inside was unharmed and still had its safety plastic around it so I know it was unused and brand new as advertised. As this is the only thing I’ve found that actually fixes the little crease around my lips, and truly plumps my lips, I had no problem paying what was asked. So thanks for helping me appear my best!

  Received this order quickly. I ordered 3 units (each unit was a package of 6); I was out of town when the order arrived. Apparently, the seller did not have sufficient quantity to send me all 3 units and refunded the difference back to my credit card before I had even realized I did not get the entire order! Awesome service, would definitely purchase from again.
