    Item was shipped out right away. Just got it. Although the shipping bag was small and the outside packaging was crushed a little, the lip tube inside was unharmed and still had its safety plastic around it so I know it was unused and brand new as advertised. As this is the only thing I’ve found that actually fixes the little crease around my lips, and truly plumps my lips, I had no problem paying what was asked. So thanks for helping me appear my best!

    The plastic cover on the cardboard was almost completely unsealed upon arrival. The battery in the tweezers was dead. When I contacted the seller I got a message that the package was sealed and there was "... no way to test the battery." I am going to keep the tweezers but I won't be buying from this seller again. I believe the seller lied to me. If he/she had been upfront about the battery needing to be replaced, I probably would have purchased the item anyway.
