I opened the original packaging, so there was no real way for the seller to know. Also the product still works as described. But what i was really impressed with was the seller's willingness to resolve this issue.They were prompted in all their communication and completely transparent through and a resolution was reached in days

We will see how it fairs with the test of time but for now I couldn't be happier. Also I'm a bit of a pain in the butt as far as eBay buyers go and these guys were nothing but patient and professional. I normally don't leave much feedback but I annoyed these guys for weeks on end with question after question after question so I thought they deserved the praise. 10/10

Poor customer service and update from postage company.
