  I received my item exactly as described and the seller even provided all the original tags and purchase receipt inside. I did encounter a problem in shipping however, that was not the sellers fault and when I reached out for help, the seller was in touch with me the whole time and was able to help me in a timely manner.   Came in great condition ! As described and seller messaged me twice to confirm the sell and the tracking .   Beautiful product. Just as described. However, Fedex failed awfully. When I opened the package, the product was out of the original envelope, it was torn; and there was an empty packet of candy ( I am guessing that the package was opened upon arrival and someone ate the candy that was meant for me as the buyer).
