    If I could give this seller more than 5 stars, I would. We had a mix up but even before the mix up, this seller was very helpful. They were responsive to my message before I bought the item. When the item arrived, it was the wrong thing. I contacted the seller and they allowed me keep the item and shipped the correct item within 45 minutes. The correct item shipped very fast and it is exactly as described. I’m very impressed. I wish all sellers could be this helpful.

    Everything was great except packaging. Was wrapped in shrink wrap and then put in a box that was too small. Completely wrinkled the front of the hat, and the vented portion. Was a great deal. Just work on the packaging. Looks better in the photos. Shipped fast. Hat was exactly as described, other than excessive wrinkles caused by box and shrink wrap. Thanks

    The item was shipped quickly and was well-packaged with lots of cushioning. The item arrived quickly but had acquired a chip and crack in transit. I don't know how it happened, but that's how it arrived. Otherwise, it was definitely the item pictured/described in the listing.
