    Very Disappointing – Damaged Item and No Support. The mouth tape arrived damaged & unusable. The packaging was poorly done—the tape package was already opened, left exposed in the shipping bag, and held together with just one piece of packing tape. Tape was crinkled and creased, making it impossible to use properly. Tape is also very small. Contacted seller & received no resolution. The lack of communication and customer service is frustrating. I cannot recommend this product or seller.

    This feedback should probably be NEUTRAL since I did not get my item. When I purchased this item, I wanted to receive this item. I tried to discuss this with the seller, but instead of replying to my questions and concerns, they just sent me a refund. This was not the outcome I was hoping for. Not getting the item makes me angry, and no communication sure doesn't help, but at least the seller refunded my money -- that's better than some sellers would have done.
