    This item was described as “Seems complete” but it was missing several large, key pieces that made the rest of the set impossible to put together correctly. My 11 year old son knew upon opening the box that it was missing pieces; how could an adult seller so easily miss what a child saw immediately? The seller was unsympathetic and refused to pay return shipping. I will not be purchasing from this seller anymore.

    The listing clearly stated: “Sealed, Uncounted – Seems Complete,” and photos showed exactly what was included. I’m not a LEGO expert and priced the item far below market accordingly. Buyer made no effort to ask questions prior to purchase, and return shipping was declined due to the transparent listing and accurate condition disclosure. Sorry for the disappointment, but I was honest in the description and did my best to represent the item fairly.
