  I ordered a HUGE backyard discovery swing set. It was shipped freight in 5 boxes. All the boxes arrived on time and together. Seller kept in contact with me and answered all my questions and concerns. I was also notified 24 hours in advance that my shipment was on the way, and I was given a time frame so I could plan to be home. The swing set arrived safe and intact. Brand new as described.   Item came with the top part scratched up and damaged. Also came much later than the advertised delivery date cause we wanted it for an event. Seller was not quick with responding back. They offered to take the entire cabinet back but I just couldn't take the whole thing apart to ship back. I'll just try to find a part locally.
