  Was sent wrong item tried to contact several times nothing so I then opened a return case and was told by seller he was sorry and if I cancelled return request he would sent correct item and keep wrong item. So I cancelled the return request and did not hear anything back so about a week later I contacted then again and asked why the did not get back to me and if I did not hear back I was going to report to eBay. I was told item delivered (the wrong item) and do what I had to do and file case
