    This seller had the best price I could find. Also, shipped it faster but UPS since I wrote to him that I need the phone by a certain date . Greatly appreciate the quick response when wrote to him and the quick shipping. The phone was brand new in a sealed box and works great.

    Thank you. Fast shipping, but ONEROUS shipping restrictions. Please don't place restrictions on customers picking up their package directly from FedEx. FedEx says you blocked optional pickup options- so they would not hold my package at their facility for me to sign for it. I had to take time off work to get this package, rather than driving to the FedEx facility to pick it up.

    I am glad you were able to get your order. We generally purchase shipping through Ebay and do not control those shipping/signature requirements when items are over a certain value. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In the future you can contact us before shipment and we may be able to use a different service. thank you
