Tried to resolve with seller and unable to get an outcome of missing Thermo fan mounting captive nuts. Seller seems to not understand the problem even with pictures explaining. I have had to chase up local hardware and make suitable captive nuts to finish installation. What should be an easy job turned out to be a nightmare. Buyer Beware
