    The whole buying experience was excellent! The seller communicated quickly to me on done questions I had with payment method. He turned around quickly to ship out the item and it arrived in plenty of time before Valentine’s Day for my husband. The box condition was excellent and appearance was brand new as stated.     This seller is a PAWN shop. Had I known that I would never have purchased a hygiene item. I firnly believe the item I bought is a Bootleg/Fake item and I have written to the seller for a refund. Now knowing I bought from a PAWN shop, this explains the reason the box was crushed in his photos but he said that was the way it was shipped. I asked him before I bought them Can ebay step in and help me get my money back?

    Steer Clear, this buyer has been nothing but problems, They are stating the product is not genuine after using it. This was Brand NEW factory sealed.

    Unfortunately I received an item that was non-functional. It was a sealed item so there's no way the seller could have known. After contacting the seller, they were quick to resolve the matter in a very nice way. Otherwise, the packaging was great and shipping was quick. Overall the experience and customer service was excellent.

    Item new in package as described. Package a little bit battered but should be no problem. Price was excellent. Although the seller shipped it very soon after order, the USPS was quite slow in getting it to us. It took 10 days and, since it was a Christmas present, we were concerned it wouldn't make it here in time, but it was delivered midday on 12/24.
