    I purchased a Beautiful paperweight and it got lost by The USPS. So, I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me another one with 2 day expedited shipping. The gift I ordered arrived a bit late, but wasn't the fault of this seller. The Paperweight was beautiful and my friend's Mother was very happy with her Birthday Gift. Great Company.

    HORRIBLE SELLER/STAY AWAY I ordered a jacket, was told it was out of stock, and requested a refund. They ignored me, shipped the wrong item, and kept the jacket listed for days after claiming it was out of stock. They want you to click "return" to avoid negative feedback, forcing one to go through eBay’s return process instead of canceling the order. Avoid at all costs! He will reply " you got your money back", to that I say you wasted my time and I would have gotten my money back anyways.
