  Just like my Superhandy Tugger, it is incredibly well-engineered and build quality is simply top-notch. My complaint is that it is virtually impossible to reach someone by phone, with no option provided to request a call back. In regards to email, the response may come at at 3am, which leads me to believe that customer service is being handled in the country of origin: S. Korea. To Superhandy: I know that you must be aware of this glaring Customer Service problem, so please fix it. Thank you.
