  I received my part in a timely manner and the box was soaked in oil in places. Upon opening, the bubble wrap packaging and product was completely soaked in gear oil, as it had leaked out of the part (“sealed” snowblower transmission). I sent a note to the seller with pictures. They replied with a few questions and requested some pictures. Asked if I wanted a refund to which I said yes. This seller promptly refunded my purchase price and certainly stood behind the defect. Back where I started.
