Nice collection of old books, very interesting for a fan of the history of North American philately. The software seems to work and user friendly (I didn't have time to do a real check). As usual with many DVD's, I had copying several files from one disk, but that was quickly resolved with the seller's help (no need to send the disk back), which I appreciated. I suppose I can't blame the seller for the shipping costs.Thank you!

Our policy is to replace lost orders if they don't arrive in 2 weeks. In this case, this buyer sent one rude email after the next, going all diva on me for no reason. Therefore, I decided to refund his order in full and block him from all of our selling accounts, so he can take his brand of buying elsewhere. If that makes us a bad seller, so be it.

I bought the disks anyway. I won't use the album pages as prints for my albums because of the added rights notice embedded in the pages but some of them are useful for identifying stamps. Some pages have no illustrations, so not as useful.
