  The item was brand new, as advertised. However, there was damage to the package (as evidenced in the product photo). Unfortunately, that damage carried over inside the box and the headphones were cracked near the charging port. I reached out to the seller right away and he was extremely responsive, he offered both a full return or a partial refund. I opted for the latter, given the headphones were still functional and they were the only set that he had for sale. Highly recommend this seller!

  I purchased the new R/O machine which was open box and not returnable. The machine was new as described but after setting it up it did not function giving an error message requiring it to be returned for repair. I contacted the seller and explained that it did not have a warranty after I checked with the manufacturer. The seller gave me an immediate refund for the defective unit. The seller is top notch and handled the issue with no hassle. Great service! I would purchase from seller again.
