When I attempted to return the item, I was told that I would receive a return shipping label. I did not. Then I received this response " As mentioned in our return policy, we are unable to accept returns for items under $10. " The Item was $12 . I then received a email that said " New message from: cheaptickets16 (3,316RED_STAR Star) "I mean $15". WTH
