  It’s been over 2 weeks and there is no indication that the item has been shipped. Reached out to the seller and after 1 week, no response. It looking like the seller is a scammer or something. Tried to cancel the order and after 4 days, got a message from eBay that’s it’s too late to cancel. This is ridiculously.

  I ordered thes deck screw kits in early April with the expectation of shipping in 1 day (according to their policy). I never received a shipping notice and they did not respond to my inquiries via Ebay, direct telephone, and email. In the meantime, I had to order these parts from another company and pay for expedited shipping to get them here when my work crew arrived. My deck was completed on 4/19. I tried to cancel the order (never shipped) and was told it was too late. Don't buy from them
