I contacted the seller, who offered a refund of less than half my purchase price. I asked for a replacement board, to which they eventually agreed. When it hadn't arrived after a month, I contacted again, and was told replacements were "complicated", and to please allow more time. It is now another month later, and I still haven't received my replacement.
