  This seller was awesome with communication. Sent message to them cause post office hadn't update the tracking process. They got on to the post office and even offered to refund me for the item.   I had an extremely negative shopping experience with this seller. I had some concerns about the color, so I reached out to confirm and was advised that the color was indeed "black." The product was shipped and I communicated that I would need to physically see it because it appeared "gray" in the photo. Indeed, the product was delivered and the items are more "gray" than black. I contacted the seller to request a refund and return the product. I will never purchase from this seller

  You simply asked if the tuxedo was black gray or brown. I said the overall color is black which it is. However it does have silverish pinstriping. I told you before I shipped it out it has silverish color pinstriping. I then sent you an additional pic and you said it will work. I did this to avoid the return hassle. The return would cost me $50. Why do you feel I need to be on the hook for this? Also you never said you needed to physically see it.
