Can't beat this deal and would consider this seller again for other needed items. Only difficult w/free shipping as tape arrived 4 days later than other competitive item purchased in same order @other seller in more distant location.     It is a sign of respect and professionalism, that you respond to a customer who is experiencing a problem with their order. Especially if you have already received payment for said purchase. I believe that when a refund is requested. It should be as immediate as stated, and as quickly as you received the payment to begin with. I couldn’t be more disappointed! All I want is my refund.
