When I ordered the item, I was informed that it was out of stock, I had the option of a refund or wait for it to come in. I chose to wait & a couple of weeks later it was apparently sent (express but untracked?). I contacted them 4 wks later to say it hasn't come (yes, I should have done it sooner), but because it was more than a month since I "ordered" it - not since they posted it - they refused to give a refund. No proof that it was posted or supposedly delivered was provided ...

Several days after payment, the seller contacted me to say it was no longer available- I could choose another item. I particularly wanted this one. I was offered a refund, but I had to cancel the order. This makes it look like I was the one who didn't want to pursue the purchase, which is incorrect. I then had to make a second request for the refund. I'm hoping the refund appears in my account.
