  Honestly best interaction with a seller on eBay I have ever had! 100% would buy from again! The item arrived in great packaging, unfortunately I had a defective product but when I told the seller they promptly sent a replacement that worked perfectly! Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars!

  Good communication from the seller. After purchase I saw the phrase "sealed opened" packs and I immediately thought I’d been scammed (it wouldn't be the first time I've been scammed because I didn't read the fine print) and the seller replied to my messages immediately. They assured me it was a typo and the packs were sealed unopened packs. Sure enough the packs were good and arrived ahead of time. They deserve their 100% ebay customer rating.

  The record was poorly packaged, in a box too big for it, so the record slid around inside during transit and the outer sleeve was damaged as a result. Given the price paid for shipping, not to mention the cost for a supposedly mint record, this is extremely disappointing. It doesn’t appear to be the courier’s fault, as the box itself was undamaged, but was poorly taped and had nearly come open. No whiplash case, nothing to stabilize the record in the box. Don’t buy records from this seller!

  Offered a full refund with return shipping but buyer decides to keep "damaged" vinyl anyways. I've sold plenty of vinyls and no issues like what he described before. Won't provide photos of "damaged" vinyl.
