  Speaker is as described, super fast shipping. A+ experience only feedback is the box arrived pretty beat up , foam padding torn and open, but luckily everything was still in there, grill had some minor damage but luckily to the side not seen.. Recommend more tape for such a heavy object and box. For shipping costs over $100, definitely an opportunity to improve. Otherwise awesome transaction and heck of a deal on a great center speaker. Thanks again!

  Part arrived not in a box and looked used. Part did not work. Contacted seller. They stated they would send out another controller but it never happened. The part was described as new in box. It was not “new” in any way. Now we will be forcing a refund. Do not buy from this seller!

  This purchased turned out to be one of my most satisfactory since my first purchase back in 2006. It is my opinion that a seller on eBay who timely follows up to address a difficult situation is more important to me than a trouble-free transaction—I can get that at any big box retailer—at full price. I purchased a replacement subwoofer from Surplus Equipment Depot. It was defective upon arrival. I contacted the seller and they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement. It is perfect. Many thanks!
