    Well these are items that are second hand so there is always a chance that it might have a wire loose or anything could go wrong. And I accept that when I buy second hand. What matters is how the seller handles it and they have handled it like a dream. The return was prompt and appreciated. I will say the item appeared just like it did in the pic.and if it had worked it would have been a great value for the quality. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

    Seller shipped next day. Item took quite a while to arrive and was shipped through USPS instead of FedEx as said on the listing. Packing was decent. Device works well and is functional but had a large accumulation of dust on the horn grille. Would consider purchasing from seller again. Thanks
