Two manuals were included on a cd, but the cd was unreadable. I called this seller at the number included in the package and was answered on the second ring by REAL PERSON WHO WAS FRIENDLY !! There was no argument. She said she would send a new cd immediately AND, within 15 minutes, I also got an email with the manuals attached as .pdf's. Absolutely great service. Deal with these people!!
