    Made this request to use UPS for Safety and security purposes and had it rerouted to a UPS ACCESS POINT to hold for me until I can get to it. Upon delivery, the package not only had a hole at the bottom, meaning the hook pierced the box at bottom causing safety concerns,which means very poor packaging, but also ripped at top and missing the content all together because of it. Tried contacting seller to make a loss claim whose nowhere to answer and still haven't responded to messages. $50 gone
