  Exactly what I ordered, seller contacted me about only having one pack of the clear ones and seeing that I was already purchasing 2 packs of black ones. They offered to refund my money or they would send me another pack of black ones. In my opinion this is the way to do business. Communication!

  The USPS misdelivered this item and before I could even figure out what the problem was, the seller took charge and notified me of the misdelivery and refunded my money! Really an extremely responsive and attentive seller and I really appreciated their honesty and promptness!

  Condition and appearance just as described. Great value for the money. Seller provided super easy transaction--shipped safely and quickly. My only complaint has to do with the product itself--and it's not the seller's fault--the posts are tooled a bit sloppy, so they don't screw in all the way on some, or go too far on others. It's a minor issue, and not worth worrying about--I can work with it! That said, it's still a great item for the price, and this seller is awesome! Thanks again.

  Those are great quality, they came in perfect condition. The price was much better than I could find anywhere else and I’m having no trouble using them for shipping my eBay items from my store. Thank you so much!! side note, I did see before I purchased these the seller had a fair amount of bad reviews due to shipping. Mine arrived from Amazon van I thought strange but if seller found way to use Amazon for storing / shipping his products and cut some cost for himself and customers I say thank u!

  I like to thank the seller for being honest for sending me a refund when he realized I didn't receive the package I thank him for her for the honesty not many do this on eBay the price of the books was a good value but I would have loved to have received them so I do think the seller for being honest and sending a refund
