  The bumper was shipped late. Shipping label was created, but then did not get sent out until after the shipping arrival date. I contacted the company through the telephone, and a lady who claimed to be the manager answered the phone. When I informed her that the item ordered had a shipping label created but did not ship out the item, she became very hostel towards me. After trying to explain to her the Ebay problem with her shipping, she threatened to cancel my order.
