  Purchased a fan to replace my broken one. After waiting 3 weeks my initial order still hadn't arrived, tracking link not updating, seller was 100% unresponsive and eBay had to step in to refund me. Meanwhile the seller had relisted the same item for sale- which I bought & paid for express postage to eventually be told that the item was not in stock. If seller just responded to my initial query I would of saved weeks of time and effort. Sellers other negative reviews say similar issues occurred.

  Item was marked posted but no progress showed up in tracking. Seller said they would contact AusPost to investigate the lost parcel . Days later I was then told the item wasn t actually in stock and are waiting for more to arrive (the product is discontinued so there can t be more stock). They finally refunded after more follow ups. Waste of time lying about sending an item that was never in stock. Update: seller also asked me to revise feedback despite not addressing any of the above issues.
