    Took at least 7 days for the seller to ship the item (and only after I contacted them). The description said good condition. When the cast iron flat griddle arrived it had such a big warp in it, it made it unusable for its intended purpose. I contacted the seller several times with no reply.. I then had to go to eBay to return the item…. Then the buyer had the returned item for a few days til they cleared the refund to eBay.. also, the packing was subpar.

    Absolutely not true. He requested the return and I take the return right away send him a return label. When I received the item refund his money. Ebay never step in.
