  Arrived in projected window, packed nicely. Had some hiccups in connecting to the Charge 6 from my phone--about 1/4 of the time, the app I'd already had installed told me that it couldn't sync with the tracker. Troubleshot it for about 5 days--eventually factory resetting the Charge 6, then uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Now working flawlessly for about 3 days. Other than that: the item + accessories look as-new, so they meet expectations there. Would definitely consider seller again.
