  I never gave a bad review until now. Item arrived without a COA. When asked the seller said I had to request it, and that I hadn't requested one. Now, either an item carries a COA or it doesn't, so that's fishy. I asked who the COA signing authority was. Seller said "self-signed". Seller refused to honor a request to return the item and, has not sent me the requested COA either. Now I must spend time and more money to have the autograph authenticated by a legitimate authority. I hope it passes.
