SwitchCaptain was started out of a passion for mechanical keyboards, headed by a team that scours the world for the best keyboard switches, accessories and more.

Because authenticity and reliability are important to us, we take special care to ensure that all of our switches come with an authenticity seal guaranteeing the switches are directly from the factory.

All SwitchCaptain switches are inspected and packaged in the United States at our New York office.

    Unfortunately the seller was unresponsive and never shipped the item. I really hate to give negative feedback, but the seller seems to have gone inactive while leaving their listings up on their store page. Past feedback seems to further suggest the seller has been inactive for a while.

    The packagine, polish and shipping speed were all top notch! Serious, I was blown away by the quality of packaging, especially at the price. How much margin to key switches have??? haha. I'd gladly shop again!

    Thank you for the glowing review! It's very much a labor of love for us, we're passionate about the space ourselves and just wanted to expose more people to mechanical switches. We wish the margins were high, but they're not when you go straight-by-the-book, which we do. We're an official reseller of NovelKeys, so we test their switched and apply our packaging and experience!

    Just scam you have been warned. I bought some switches more than a month ago, and when I saw that the shipment did not change in 2 weeks I contacted the seller, who told me that he had lost and that he was resending the item, I waited a week and same situation. Fortunately I paid by ebay and the return was made. Very careful with their official page too, as I left a comment and they deleted it, so the only suggestions that appear there are the ones they want.
