I bought some switches more than a month ago, and when I saw that the shipment did not change in 2 weeks I contacted the seller, who told me that he had lost and that he was resending the item, I waited a week and same situation. Fortunately I paid by ebay and the return was made. Very careful with their official page too, as I left a comment and they deleted it, so the only suggestions that appear there are the ones they want.
