  I recently had a very negative experience with a seller. Thank you for restoring my faith in ebay. I actually received what was pictured (serial numbers matched). It was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded envelope - would have preferred a box. It works! Was able put wife's library on it, battery lasts a while. We connected it to our car for a recent trip - worked well. Hers was stolen, so it was nice to have a decent replacement. Thank you very much!

  Solid seller. Tennis racket as described, new. Good shipping as well. Only minor issue is that the photos in the listing were not of the specific racket being sold (photos clearly showed it was a 4 3/8 grip size) but the description given by the seller and the racket as shipped was actually 4 1/2. I mistakenly assumed the photo would be more accurate than the description, and I did not check first with seller for clarification.

  Beware of this seller. I received an iPod that did not match the one pictured in the listing and the seller told me directly that they reuse old photos for their listings. I was sent an iPod with deep scratches on the front and someone’s personal email address engraved on the back.
