  Good price but item is sketch, purchased 2 rack shelves both came with rack ears bent the wrong way, will they work... sure but likely won't hold the weight advertised. The communicator response was the rack ear edge lip does not support the weight. They say photo on ad is outdated. just check out the first photos. inset photo is theirs... main photo is what was delivered. second photo is from their ad. .. Won't be buying from sysracks again. I get what I paid for, I guess.

  Trusted seller. Well packed. Product is sturdy and works as expected, cheaper than other place. Ground shipping little slow, but expected for free shipping and considering the weight of the item. Will buy again from this seller. Seller added cage nuts as requested along with product. Quick instruction might have helped, but not big deal. Figured out after some time.

  I wanted this to be awesome, but the damage is insane, and makes it unusable as is. The design is awesome, but the delivery is terrible. Please just do rework on the pieces that are coming in from China before you repackage and ship them out. I did not contact the seller because how do you make this right? I don't want my money back. I want the item pictured. This is the second one for me. The first one I ordered the wrong one and gave to a friend. It also had severe damage.
