Contacted Seller who said no problem!!! He sent me directions to reformat but it still didn't work. Seller then quickly sent me same-item replacement at NO further cost.     I recently got one of these cards from B&H Photo, albeit more expensive, but in the original packaging. The three I got from this vendor were just wrapped in foam, with no packaging. I notice the printing on the labels is a little different too. I also had to format all 3 of these to work in my 5D, whereas the B&H card came pre-formatted. I'm not saying these are counterfeit, but because there is an appearance difference, and the lack of formatting, I am unsure. Therefore I give a neutral.
